The staff was friendly and eager to help, ensuring a pleasant experience. the room itself was quite small and had thin walls, leading to disruptions each morning as I was awakened around 7:15 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
One minor drawback was the lack of designated bike storage.

I had a fantastic stay. Staff and location were pleasant here. The staff was obliging and approachable providing the information. Everything was great as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was a little small. I enjoyed to spend time in the good main bar.

review: The family room was a decent size, perfect for our needs, and we found the location ideal for quick access to trams and buses. The staff were genuinely friendly, ensuring we felt at home. One downside was that the dining experience was a bit chaotic, particularly during breakfast hours. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-15}

Staff were very friendly.
Saturday night at 4.00am, a lot of people return to hotel after their night out. Very noisy talking and laughing in the corridors. Went on for some time, a good half hour or more. Then a drunken chap attempted to get into out room until he was shouted at by my wife.

Great hotel for a short trip to Blackpool. Handy enough to get from a to b but without being right in the middle of things which suits my family well. Compared to previous experiences, I was a little nervous about returning to Blackpool as some accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. But your hotel was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was lovely (although some things a little cold), but that was due to the heaters going out. The staff didn't notice this and did take a little while to re-ignite after they were advised. But all in all, a pleasant stay and we would use you again.

We enjoyed a good one-night stay at Carousel Hotel with our 13-year-old. The spacious family room was clean and comfy, although it got quite warm. The buffet breakfast was a hit, and the friendly staff added to our positive experience. The hotel's location, near trams and close to attractions like the Pleasure Beach, made our visit enjoyable and laid-back. Definitely worth considering for families looking for great value!

we stayed at carousel for a long weekend and had a nice experience overall. the parking was a bit tricky, but we found a spot right outside. check-in was seamless, and our room was comfortable. breakfast was particularly good, with both buffet and table service options. we also enjoyed the bar, which had a great selection of drinks and friendly staff, making our evenings enjoyable.
Rooms need attention and some were not clean. 😕.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. The rooms were very hot and the window had to left open even though it was december. We stayed with a 5 year old and an extra bed was addedto the room however there was still enough space and plenty of storage. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
The heat in the rooms was the only problem.

During my recent trip to Blackpool, I was especially eager to visit the Great Promenade Show, and I chose the Carousel due to its proximity to this lovely attraction. The entire staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, adding warmth to my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the really good services offered, particularly by the Events Team, who went above and beyond to assist with bespoke requests. The breakfast at Café Bar 663 was a highlight, offering a good full English to start my day. Plus, the all-day dining options, from bar snacks to sizzling steaks, catered perfectly to my cravings. The Café Bar is a relaxing spot with in-house entertainment, making it a perfect place to unwind.
A bit far out; transportation needed.

It is a proper hotel not a little b&b as you would expect in Blackpool. Great location, nice bar and offers room service for reasonable prices.
Matress was not comfortable but that'sall.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable for a larger hotel.
Breakfast buffet a bit like a "cattle market". Bit too far out of Blackpool.
